CHURCH OF FAITH CONGREGATIONAL AGREEMENT

This Agreement is entered into by the Church of Faith, International Headquarters with offices located at 10 Forest Street, Winchester, MA 01890, and three individuals (whose signatures appear below) all of legal age.

The responsibilities and advantages of the local church too numerous to detail in this Agreement, are discussed in many publications of Church of Faith. It is the responsibility of the governing body of the local church to study that literature. The local church will become active once this Agreement is received and properly recorded at the International Headquarters. It will remain active only as long as the points of this Agreement are kept. The Church of Faith International Board of Directors reserves the right to cancel this Agreement if any of the conditions of this Agreement are not kept.

The certificate activating the local church will be returned to you along with a file number. You should use your file number in all correspondence with the International Headquarters or any other recognized churches of the Church of Faith. If you should move please send your old and new addresses immediately so your file may be changed quickly and correctly. Also please advise the International Headquarters immediately of any change in the officers of the local church.

The local church is required to file quarterly reports or monthly reports and there is a $5.00 per month donation to keep these reports. You should also keep a copy of the reports that have been filed with International Headquarters. The International Headquarters requires a donation of $35.00 to enter this Agreement.

Please return this original Agreement to International Headquarters – Church of Faith –
10 Forest Street, Winchester, MA 01890. You should make copies for your records, but please submit a copy with original signatures.

1. The Church of Faith, both International Headquarters and the local church, agree to abide by all the laws of the local, state, and federal governments.

2. This local church will report quarterly or monthly to International Headquarters. This quarterly report will include services held, special meetings, attendance, and a treasury report (forms are available from International Headquarters in a .pdf format for a donation of $5.00 and come with reproduction rights.

3. This local church will have a governing body of at least three people (Pastor, Secretary, Treasurer) of legal age whose signatures appear below. International Headquarters is to be notified immediately of any change in the governing body or any change in address.

4. This agreement is subject to cancellation if any of the points of this Agreement are not kept.

5. Each Church of Faith congregation is a sovereign body within itself responsible for it’s own financial affairs. Neither party to this general agent of the other. The Church of Faith, International Headquarters, enters into this agreement in consideration of the signatures promise they they will indemnify, save harmless, and defend Church of Faith from all liability from damages to persons or property in any suit at law arising out of this Agreement. By entering this Agreement the signatories acknowledge that Church of Faith, International Headquarters, is not responsible for any debts incurred by the local Church of Faith Church
